Preconception Advice
Ready to start your journey to parenthood? This session includes supportive guidance around conception and pregnancy, focusing on your overall wellbeing (yes, that includes your mental health).
Having a pre conception appointment can allow you to get your body ready for pregnancy, improving pregnancy outcomes. This also allows you to think about the type of care you may want for your planned pregnancy.

✓ A supportive birth debrief session to reflect on previous experiences
✓ Focus on wellbeing ordering blood tests and review of results over the phone

Antenatal Care Only
Comprehensive, one-on-one care starting from 6 weeks pregnant to support you every step of the way. A package that gives you access to a midwife your whole pregnancy!
Inclusions:

✓ Blood tests, ultrasounds, and medication prescriptions organised
✓ Regular health checks for you and baby. 2D ultrasound available in clinic, with photos air dropped to your phone

Your support doesn’t stop after birth. We’re with you through the crucial early weeks extensive postnatal support is just as important as antenatal care

✓ Newborn assessments and tests
✓ Referrals to paediatric or allied health services if needed
✓ Feeding and baby weight support
✓ Parent crafting tips (because babies don’t come with manuals!)

Full Continuity of Care
Comprehensive care from pregnancy to six weeks postpartum.
This package provides continuous support with a dedicated midwife throughout pregnancy, birth, and up to six weeks after. From 37 weeks, the midwife is on call for the birth.
Inclusions:
✓ Birth support tools: birth pool, birth comb, and TENS machine
✓ Access to holistic supplies, books, and acuneedling services
✓ Ongoing communication for concerns between appointments (daytime preferred; emergencies anytime)
✓ Stock supply hydrolytes, iron therapy, b6, herbal teas and much more.
